Our products are custom made and are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges may incur a processing fee. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Complete your exchange, the exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Shipping is not refunded.
