- Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
“Summer Sale” items will be delivered to the school in time for Meet the Teacher Day and will not be shipped.
Following the Summer Sale, orders will continue to be delivered directly to the school unless a shipping option is selected and paid for at checkout.
Kindly note that choosing a shipping method—including expedited shipping—does not shorten production time or guarantee faster delivery.
