• Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

Our standard turnaround time is 10–14 business days. Orders will be delivered directly to the school unless a shipping option is selected and paid for at checkout.
Please keep in mind that choosing a shipping method—including expedited shipping—does not shorten production time or guarantee faster delivery.
